How to Participate

Workshops

We host workshops in Santa Cruz, California regularly. Please use our Contact section to sign up for our monthly newsletter and upcoming workshops!

 

Workshops include learning and practicing physical self defense skills, discussing situational awareness considerations, and personal reflection through conversations and worksheets. 

 

We offer a range of commitments including 3 hour workshops, weekend-long seminars and 6 week courses.

 

Can’t come to us, let us come to you! Our programs are mobile, and flexible. We can adapt to your space with minimal requirements. 

Customized Classes Just for you! 

Classes are customizable to the age and lifestyle of you or your group. As well as content for adult women, we offer classes for high school and college age women on request. 

 

Small Groups (6 people or more)

Have your own women’s group or circle of friends? Whether it be a mother/daughter event, a bachelorette party, girl’s night out, you name it, we’re here for you!

 

Businesses/Non-Profits

Workshops are an excellent way to support employee growth and development, as well as foster camaraderie amongst peers. Perhaps your business or non-profit serves a demographic or has employees who could benefit from our training. 

 

Private Lessons (1, 2, or 4 people)

Private lessons offer an opportunity for training that is specific to who you are in your life experience and your body. This is also a great way for consistent training, whether that’s ongoing, or part of a package of customized sessions.

 

Guest Speaker

We provide a lecture-style or interactive presentation-only option for those that want a speaker for their event or retreat and are unable to accommodate the physical training component.
